My name is Aoibhín O’Dea, and I am the founder of Cácaí Aoibhín. I have grown up with a great interest in food and have a passion for bakes that are wholesome and comforting. Some of my other interests include travelling, learning about different cultures, live music, and enterprise. I have grown up in the scenic Gaeltacht of Gaoth Dobhair, and have had the amazing opportunity to have gained some experience from amazing bakeries between Ireland and the UK. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from great mentors, and I am continuously being fuelled with ambition for my future aspirations. I am excited to unveil the rest of this journey.
